Application process
- Required documentation: you'll need valid Photo ID (ie. A copy of your driver's license)
- Fill in the application online
- Print and sign the application form
- Mail in the original form along with the copy of your Photo ID and void cheque (an original signature is needed)
- Your policy will be mailed to you once processed
- Coverage begins with the first payment
Eligibility
- No medical exam life insurance policy is valid for Canadians between the ages of 18 and 65
- Coverage is subject to answering qualifying questions and signing the declaration
