Closed Fixed mortgage rate: True North Mortgage: 1 year @ 4.69%

Closed Fixed 5 yr mortgage rate: Canadian Tire Bank @ 4.99% (available in Alberta, BC, and Ontario)

Open Variable mortgage rate: True North Mortgage: 6 month @ 4.15%

Open Fixed mortgage rate: Manulife Bank: 1 year @ 6.05%- DECREASED FROM 6.15% since yesterday (May 27, 2008)
