About Nadezhda

I'm a lawyer and have been practicing for about 10 years - I started on Bay Street but left to open my own firm in the heart of Bloor West Village in Toronto.

My practice is geared towards assisting clients with their real estate, wills and estate and business law needs. My real estate practice is dedicated to helping clients navigate buying, selling or refinancing their properties.

There is a lot going on in purchases and mortgage transactions and your lawyer should be able to explain everything to you so you know exactly what needs to happen - and when. My practice is built on the belief that I should give the same level of service I would expect to receive as a customer. I take the time to explain to my clients what is going on throughout their transactions and am always happy to answer whatever questions they may have.

I think a lawyer should be approachable and informative and clients should have no reason to be shy about asking what they want to know. So if you have questions - call and ask. It is your money - you have every right to know everything about it.
